Note 1: YMF262 and YAC512 are not listed here - you have to desolder it from an old
Soundblaster compatible card, or you can participate in a group order. See
the forum for info.
Note 2: Normaly soundblaster cards are only stuffed with one YAC512, so you either
have to cannibalize two cards, or you have to pass on the 3rd and 4th audio
out - in this case you can also leave out the 2nd TL074 (IC5) and everything
related to these audio channels.
