All products are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipments:
'First-Class Mail International' (Airmail):
Inexpensive but there is no tracking available for First Class international. Typical transit time is 2-3 weeks.
Not available to many countries due to unreasonably long delays for customs clearance or 'last mile' service.

'Express Mail International' (Express):
Expensive and fast, with full tracking online. Typical transit time is 1 week.

All international shipments are insured against damage or loss VIA UPIC or USPS parcel insurance.

Transit time is estimated, not guaranteed. Although I have found First Class mail to be very reliable, no one can prevent customs from delaying a particular shipment. The customer bears all risk and costs of dealing with local customs authorities. If customs intercepts a package it is not possible to predict how long the package will be delayed. I will not refund or reship another package because of a delay or a package held in customs. It is the customer's resposibility to work with customs if a problem should arise. Each customs declaration form has a unique number on it that can be used when contacting your postal/customs officials to inquire about a parcel, I can provide this number on request.

Customs Fees and Taxes: Customer agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes. Please be advised that a duty or tax will most likely be due on your package at delivery time. I cannot accurately estimate the amount due. If this is your first time importing please call your customs office and ask before ordering! They will need the total value of the package being imported. If you refuse an item at delivery due to customs/brokerage fees, your item will sit at customs until either the taxes or return fees are paid. The return fees are the responsibilty of the customer. I will not issue any refund until the returned merchandise is in my hands.

Proper Labeling: I label all order customs forms as 'merchandise' using the full value of the items being exported. Please do not request that your order be labeled otherwise or ask for the declared value to be lowered. All parcels have a correct customs declaration form including 'Harmonized System' tariff code, and a copy of the invoice attached to the exterior. All information required by customs for clearance is already on the package, but I can provide any other information they ask for upon request.

US Shipments:
'Priority Mail'
Priority Mail packages are delivered to addresses in the mainland US, Alaska and Hawaii usually within 3 or 4 days. PO Box addresses are acceptable. Most customers report being very pleased with Priority Mail service. Delivery confirmation information is supplied upon request for Priority Mail shipments.

All US shipments are insured against damage or loss VIA UPIC parcel insurance.

All transit times are estimates only, provided by the USPS. Actual shipping time may vary depending on destination.

All parts are provided "as-is", with no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and with no guarantee of fitness for any purpose, or of merchantability, or of conformance to any specification, published or otherwise. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the parts is with you. Should the parts fail to work on your project, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Fulfillment delays:
I do my best to ship orders without delay, but sometimes demand is much greater than my ability to produce quickly. Accuracy beats speed, and it takes time to get it right. Sometimes I have to wait due to delays from my suppliers. These delays can be as long as a few weeks! MIDIboxers are the greatest, showing patience while waiting for me to get it right.....I do my best to reward that patience with the best quality, accuracy, packing, and turnaround time possible.

IN NO EVENT WILL SMASHTV BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PARTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PARTS TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PARTS/ASSEMBLIES), EVEN IF SMASHTV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BY PURCHASING PARTS FROM THIS SITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT YOUR RIGHTS IN THIS TRANSACTION ARE GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, USA.

Request for a refund:
All returns must satisfy these conditions:
* Because of the nature of electronic parts, they can not be returned under any circumstances.
* PCBs must NOT be soldered. Any trace of solder voids any refund possibility.
* The parcel can be mailed back using the most economical method - but must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt.
* Please include the original receipt in the return.
* Only orders paid for via PayPal can be refunded.

I will issue a full refund (excluding shipping/handling costs) for PCBs if all the terms above are satisfied.

8.5 percent sales tax is added to your order if the shipping address is in Oklahoma.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
These commodities, technology or software will be exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law prohibited. Prices subject to change without notice.
